You must report on the date and time as ordered by the Court.
- If you report after your Court designated reporting time, you may be refused.
- The sentencing court will be notified if you reported late or did not appear as ordered. If you are refused by the Mesa Police Department, you will be required to return to court for an amended order of confinement.
- You will not be accepted before your designated reporting date and time.
- All self-surrenders should use the telephone on the outside of the building at 130 North Robson. Press the number 3 to contact the Jail. There is a sign above the phone that states, "Police Assistance Direct Phone Line. Please use the phone directly below. For the Jail, press 3."
You are required to bring the following items with you when you report to the jail:
- The Commitment Order as issued by the Court.
- A government issued picture identification, such as a Driver's License.
- If applicable, non-expired prescribed medication with your name and pharmacy information.
- If you have questions regarding prescription medication and/or healthcare services at CoreCivic, please contact 520-868-9095.
- Any necessary medical device(s), such as a C-PAP machine, prosthesis, cane, etc.

- Backpack
- Purses
- Bikes
- Books
- Tobacco
- Lighters/Matches
- E-cigarettes
- Weapons of any kind, including simulated
- Personal bedding as in pillows, blankets, etc.
List of Unauthorized Dress Attire:
- Tube tops
- Bathing suits
- Low cut shorts
- See through tops
- Steel toe boots
- Clothing with unacceptable language or gang affiliations
