Your Rights

Initial service includes:

• Vehicle hookups
• Winching (unless off-road)
• Cleanup of debris
• Standby time
• First hour of labor
• Mileage to vendor tow storage lot
• Window sealing, if necessary
• Delivery to the public roadway for secondary tow

Mesa's police emergency towing contract prohibits contractors from soliciting business for any body shop, wrecking yard, health care provider, lawyer or other person or business. This does not preclude the vendor from responding to customer's questions, if asked.
